• Flores kinda counts…he spent ‘22 as the LB coach

• A defensive coach could be a hard to sell, but Flores is the only man who loves dialing up a blitz more than the city of Pittsburgh

Klint Kubiak

• Kubiak is the new QB whisperer

• He turned Mr. Irrelevant into an MVP Candidate

• There’s no doubt he’ll be in high demand

• Whether it’s Kenny Pickett or a rookie in the draft, the Steelers are desperate for someone who can mold a young QB

Frank Smith

• McDaniel gets all the press, but OC Frank Smith is the mastermind behind the Dolphins offensive juggernaut

• Steelers offense has been on life support for 3 years

• ….And he has an exceptional name

• Seems highly unlikely given the countless do or die Steelers-Pats games over the past 20 years, but he has to be on the list…
